Design your kit, add it to bag and get a quote.

Step 2
Once you are happy with the quote and the designs, let us know if you would like us to take individual orders and set up a club shop for you (FREE), or if you would prefer to do that yourself (might be quicker).
Club shop - we start production as soon as each item reaches it MOQ and we close the shop after the deadline (no further orders).
Bulk orders - we will send you some order forms to fill in and we will start production as soon as we get the deposit.
Step 3
The nominated club member will get a proof of the final design and embroidered samples of logos.
Once that is approved we will begin production.
Production Process (bespoke & designer)
Step 1. Once payment & designs are in we will send your logo to be digitised so that it can be embroidered or printed. We will also review your specification and make any changes to create a final production artwork. This usually takes 3-5 working days.
Step 2. We will email the final production artwork to you for approval.
Step 3. The order is sent for production after your approval. Once the artwork is approved we can no longer make any additions or changes to the order. Depending on the complexity of the order it can take between 2-6 weeks to complete the order.
Step 4. Approximately one week before delivery, we will email you to complete the final balance so that the order can be despatched as soon as it is finished.
Step 5. We will send you an email and provide a tracking number when your order is despatched. We normally deliver overnight to mainland UK.
